WHAT IS YOUR REFUND & RETURNS POLICY?

• Products must be unopened with security seals intact and in the original packaging when shipped
• You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date the order is placed. Products must be returned within 30 days.
• We offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order
• Exchanges are not part of the return policy
• Gift card purchases will be returned to the same gift card or store credit
• We only accept returns when products have been purchased from this website
• Free items involved in offers must also be returned for a refund. If free items are not returned, we will deduct the sale price of the product(s) from the balance
• Shipping is non-refundable. 
• If items are returned to us as they have been refused delivery or not collected from your local depot, we will refund minus shipping costs.
• We are not responsible for import duty and taxes into your country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer. If an order is returned due to unpaid taxes and duty, we will refund as per our Refund Policy minus shipping costs we have incurred.  
• If you cancel your order when it is still in transit with UPS, we will create a return via UPS and the cost incurred will be $30 USD. This covers return charges UPS applies. This charge will be deducted from your refund even if a ‘Free Shipping’ coupon is used.
• We will charge a 15% restocking fee for all refunds
